The 2-day summit of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul concluded today with leaders of the Islamic world pledging to work together to combat terrorism and most notably to overcome sectarian divide. King Salman of Saudi Arabia as well as Iranian President Rouhani were among the representatives - yes, pledges are just words until they turn into actions, but the fact that Islamic leaders are talking is commendable and hopeful. #GoodStoryFriday
